On the back top edge of your Power Patch, fold over 1/4th inch twice and iron.

Then, with your sewing machine, using a straight stitch, hem this edge.  Now, with your iron, press the other three edges over 1/4th inch. 

 Pin your Power Patch onto the side of your
tote bag.

With a straight stitch, sew the sides and bottom edges of your Power Patch onto the tote bag.
